Team and organisational effectiveness go beyond simply completing assigned tasks; it also involves creating and maintaining a team culture that fosters open communication, creativity, mutual support, and constructive criticism.
One way to cultivate such a culture is by establishing a reflective practice group.
Through group-analytically informed thinking, we work collaboratively to create a safe space where individuals can engage in conversations about the stress and various dynamics that create challenges within the team and, at times, affect the organization as a whole. By having these discussions in a safe and facilitated environment, individuals can express their emotions and make sense of their experiences.

This process fosters awareness, gives voice to individual and group needs, and ultimately supports the growth of individuals and strengthens the team's effectiveness in high-stress workplaces.
